2025年3月16日，第十六屆中國產(chǎn)學研合作創(chuàng)新大會在北京召開，會議表彰了在產(chǎn)學研深度融合方面作出突出貢獻的先進單位、個人和創(chuàng)新成果。龍合智能與各科研院所合作研發(fā)的“垛裝物料智能無人裝卸搬運設備及控制系統(tǒng)云平臺”項目，榮獲2024年中國產(chǎn)學研合作創(chuàng)新成果三等獎和中國產(chǎn)學研深度融合好案例。這兩個國家級獎項的獲得，標志著我司在產(chǎn)學研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新領域的實踐成果獲得權威認可。

產(chǎn)學研合作創(chuàng)新成果獎

中國產(chǎn)學研合作促進會科技創(chuàng)新獎旨在表彰在產(chǎn)學研合作中取得杰出創(chuàng)新成果的單位。該獎項由科技部和國家科技獎勵辦公室批準，由中國產(chǎn)學研合作促進會頒發(fā)。該促進會是由國務院批準成立的全國性社會團體，由國家發(fā)改委、教育部、科技部、國務院國資委、國家知識產(chǎn)權局等多個部門以及一批高校、科研院所和央企共同創(chuàng)辦。

產(chǎn)學研合作創(chuàng)新成果獎是中國首個面向產(chǎn)學研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的全國性獎項，也是該領域的最高榮譽獎。它對弘揚創(chuàng)新、科學和工匠精神，推動產(chǎn)學研深度融合及經(jīng)濟高質量發(fā)展具有重要意義。

本次獲獎的是“垛裝物料智能無人裝卸搬運設備及控制系統(tǒng)云平臺”項目，獲此殊榮是對公司在智能無人裝車領域取得突破性成果的充分肯定，同時也印證了“產(chǎn)學研用”深度融合的無限潛力。

長期以來，受制于傳統(tǒng)叉車和人工裝卸模式，物流搬運面臨效率低下、人工成本高昂、安全隱患突出等諸多難題。尤其是在訂單高峰期，裝車作業(yè)的瓶頸直接影響了整體供應鏈的運轉效率，成為企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉型升級的主要障礙。我司團隊迎難而上，憑借不懈的科研攻關和創(chuàng)新突破，成功研發(fā)出四大無人裝車系統(tǒng)，裝卸效率提高了10倍以上，最快僅需3分半實現(xiàn)整車裝載，遠超傳統(tǒng)叉車模式，節(jié)省了大量的人員成本，也大幅降低了貨損率和安全風險。這種快速、高效的作業(yè)能力使得企業(yè)能夠在訂單高峰期保持物流暢通，實現(xiàn)裝卸全環(huán)節(jié)無縫銜接，為企業(yè)柔性制造場景提供了有力支撐。
