1、 進(jìn)料及檢驗

原材料是品質(zhì)的基石。我們嚴(yán)格篩選優(yōu)質(zhì)供應(yīng)商，對每批原材料進(jìn)行全方位檢驗與分類儲存，確保其性能、規(guī)格均符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時建立供應(yīng)商動態(tài)評估機制，從源頭把控質(zhì)量關(guān)。

2、機加

通過高精度數(shù)控機床對原材料進(jìn)行切割、鉆孔、銑削等加工，確保零部件尺寸精準(zhǔn)無誤。每道機加工序均通過先進(jìn)的檢測設(shè)備檢查確認(rèn)（如FARO三坐標(biāo)測量），杜絕誤差隱患。

3、焊接

采用自動化焊接設(shè)備與人工復(fù)檢結(jié)合模式，保障焊縫強度與外觀一致性。焊接后針對關(guān)鍵焊縫通過探傷檢測，確保結(jié)構(gòu)牢固性與安全性。

4、噴漆

采用先進(jìn)的噴漆流水線，在無塵環(huán)境下進(jìn)行噴涂作業(yè)，運用環(huán)保漆料與先進(jìn)工藝，實現(xiàn)涂層均勻、耐腐蝕。噴涂后經(jīng)色差儀、附著力、鹽霧試驗等外觀性能測試，確保外觀零瑕疵。

5、裝配

由經(jīng)驗豐富的技術(shù)團隊完成精密組裝，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)流程。關(guān)鍵部件采用防錯工裝，避免裝配偏差，并同步進(jìn)行多維度功能預(yù)檢。

6、測試

模擬真實使用工況場景，對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行負(fù)載測試、耐久性試驗及安全性能驗證。所有數(shù)據(jù)實時記錄，確保產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性和可靠性達(dá)到行業(yè)領(lǐng)先水平。

7、成品檢測

出廠前，每件產(chǎn)品需通過360°外觀檢查、全功能復(fù)測及包裝完整性確認(rèn)。采用“批次全檢+隨機抽檢”雙保險模式，合格率100%方可放行。

8、打包發(fā)運

定制化包裝方案，最大限度保護產(chǎn)品。發(fā)貨前再次核對訂單信息，并通過物流溯源系統(tǒng)全程跟蹤，確保準(zhǔn)時、無損交付客戶。
